A 'mind-your business' session, is a 30 minute reboot break where we focus on you – your mind, posture and breath. All you need is a chair. 

All, we require is that you turn off your phone and allow yourself to just be present and breathe. Sounds hard, eh? We therefore also recommend a room that's quiet so you can really reboot your system without any disturbances.

You don't need to be a spiritual guru to participate. These sessions are designed for people in an office setting, so it is just perfect if you have no previous experience with yoga, meditation or mindfulness.
