That's right! We believe that healthy businesses with mentally fit employees are more successful. Because energized, focused and happy employees produce better work. They are more calm and collected, effective, kind and creative. They are simply better colleagues, who inspires a better work culture. However, ensuring that your employees have the capacity to be all of this, is not an easy task. As we face longer work days and more daily stressors than ever before, our time to rest and reload has been reduced. That, combined with the fact that we sit more down, which has an affect on our posture and overall health, also influences our ability to perform better mentally. Since our capacity to carry out better work can be directly linked to the health of our body and mind, we need to learn how to take better care of these whilst at work. This is where we come in.

SWITCH OFF - TO SWITCH ON

In a 'mind-your business' session we help you reset your body and mind. It’s a 30 minute reboot break happening at your work where we focus on you – your mind, posture and breath. All you need is a chair.

The only thing we require is that you turn off your phone and allow yourself to just be present and breathe. Sounds hard, eh? In turn, it will leave you feeling refreshed and re-energized so you can perform at your outmost potential for the rest of your day. 

If this sounds intimidating. Don't worry! You don't need to be a spiritual guru to participate. These sessions are designed for people in an office setting, so it is just perfect if you have no previous experience with yoga, meditation or mindfulness.
