SWITCH OFF - TO SWITCH ON
In a ‘Chair Yoga & Meditation Session’ we help reset employees bodies and mind. It’s a 30 minute reboot break happening at work where we focus on you – your mind, posture and breath. All you need is a chair.
The only thing we require is that you turn off your phone and allow yourself to just be present and breathe. Sounds hard, eh? In turn, it will leave you feeling refreshed and re-energized so you can perform at your outmost potential for the rest of your day.
If this sounds intimidating. Don't worry! You don't need to be a spiritual guru to participate. These sessions are designed for people in an office setting, so it is just perfect if you have no previous experience with yoga, meditation or mindfulness.
