A program that introduces employees to the three ground pillars of Mind Your Business: Movement, breathwork and meditation and how to incorporate these for increased wellbeing, performance and motivation at work.

1.SESSION: Intro to Mind Your Business

Everyone gets introduced to Mind Your Business and how it works. We move, breathe and meditate together leaving everyone ready to take on their work with a more focused mind.

2.SESSION: Intro to Movement

We explore the “office body”and why movement is so essential to our mental performance and physical wellbeing. Employees are taught ways to reverse poor posture and increase their overall energy level.


3.SESSION: Intro to Breathwork

In this session we will explore various breath techniques and how they can help elevate our performance and mental capacity at work.

4.SESSION: Intro to Meditation

In this session everyone will get introduced to why meditation is so damn good for us. How to meditate and what the difference is between mindfulness meditation and meditation. At the end of the practice we will dive into a longer meditation than usual.
