– Duration: 30 minutes 

– Location: Anywhere in the office that is quite and holds enough space for people to have some personal space around them.

– Props: Chairs

– Experience: No previous experience with yoga, meditation or mindfulness required by participants

– Capacity: Up to 30 people pr session. If more, let's talk. 

• Payments are due last day of the month of service and there is an 8 day payment deadline.

• Sessions are non-refundable.

• There is a one month expiration date from when the last session is scheduled

• There is a 24 hours cancellation policy or value of session is lost
